An MBA with a background in operations and restoration, he pairs big-picture business discipline with genuine respect for the craft — the kind of leadership that keeps crews accountable and homeowners informed from the first inspection to the final cleanup. A Shenandoah Valley local, David built the company to be the roofer he'd want working on his own home: straightforward, dependable, and truly invested in the people it serves.

Jonathan makes sure every great roof turns into a smooth, well-run project. As COO, he builds strong crews, sets clear expectations, and makes certain each homeowner has a dedicated point of contact who actually answers. A natural operator and team builder, he's as comfortable solving a scheduling puzzle as he is walking a customer calmly through their options. Rooted in Front Royal and active in his community, Jonathan brings a people-first approach to everything Prohibition Roofing does — because in his book, taking care of the customer and taking care of the crew are the same job.
